Donovan Flora graduated from Brown University in 1971 and Indiana University School of Law in 1973. He was a law clerk for Washington Supreme Court Justice Robert F. Brachtenbach, 1974-75. He has been in private practice for the past 25 years representing plaintiffs in injury cases, primarily in the area of medical negligence. He has been a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association since 1976 and a member of the Eagle Program since its inception. He is a long-time member of the American Association for Justice.
In addition to trial work involving a wide area of medical issues, including cases involving prescription drug and vaccine liability, he has briefed and argued a number of appellate cases, both on behalf of clients and on behalf of WSTLA as amicus curiae.
